About SCMOA

The Sonoma County Mobilehome Owners Association was created by residents who believed that mobilehome living should remain secure, affordable, and fair. From the start, it’s been about neighbors standing together to protect their homes and their way of life.

We work with local officials and community leaders to make sure rent stabilization stays strong and that residents’ rights are respected. Along the way, we’ve built a network of park associations across the county, giving homeowners the tools and support they need to face challenges with confidence.

SCMOA is also a hub for connection. Through newsletters, meetings, and community gatherings, we share knowledge, experiences, and encouragement. Over the years we’ve seen that when residents come together, real progress follows—whether it’s defending against unfair rent hikes, stopping park closures, or ensuring fair treatment for all.
